Yoga is one of the best therapies that is been adopted in today’s days. Yoga has become very famous with people of all age and irrespective of the religion and other differences. There are different types of yoga that are done. Yoga helps to relieve stress and at the same time it helps to vent out our stress and frustrations. The different forms of yoga helps to maintain peace and harmony in mind and also helps to have a healthy life. There are different types of yoga that is practiced right now. it might differ from the stage that the learner Is learning from. The beginners might have a different style and form of yoga and the advanced level learners might have a different type. This involves and differs in each individual fitness and health of the body.

The iyengar yoga has a main purpose of maintaining the physical health of the body. The props are used in this form of yoga and the beginners cannot try this as this type of yoga might cause injury when done at first. This is for the people who are in the advanced level and who know much about the yoga. There are various poses that are made in this form of yoga. This type of yoga helps in healing the neck pain, the back pain, and other body pains. It might not heal completely but it is cured to some extent. The practicing of this yoga regularly would help in healing the other ailments in the body. This also helps to teach the person to focus while doing it.

The next form of yoga is the ashtanga yoga. This is also called as the power yoga. This is mostly done in the western states and countries. The movements in this yoga are very fast paced and it includes push ups and lunges. This is also for the people who are in the advance level and who have much knowledge of the various postures done in the yoga. This sequence of postures is done with a flow and only the ones who have learnt the postures of the yoga will know to do it. If the people and the learners are athletes and are from the sports background, the can do it with ease. The main purpose of this yoga is to flex the muscles of the body and it helps to make the body more flexible. With these movements, the body also becomes strong and healthy. This type of yoga increases the balance and also the concentration in the learners.

The next type is the bikram yoga. This is also called as the hot yoga. This type of yoga is practiced in a very warm room. The flexibility is increased in this type of yoga and the muscles are stretched and made suppler.
